You will be expected to take “ownership” of your portfolio", making it your own business. Your portfolio size can range from 1000 – 1700 clients. What do those three components entail? Complaints Resolution is all about putting out fires by investigating the issues and resolving them, Administration is about completing the paper work that is related to new sales and account management, finally it’s about ‘Lead Generation’ this involves up selling and making a few sales calls per day.You will be working with a reputable brand that is highly recognizable, a company that embraces environmentally friendly products and is investing in its people. This branch is a national leader that rewards and recognizes success. The office is open plan; a friendly and engaging environment with a demanding workload; the customer care team consists of 6 people.

$40,000 - $45,000k pa
$2000 per month bonus OTE $70,000pa
