My client, a global name in the hygiene solutions market is offering security and stability during these difficult times.  We are looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager for within the CBD, Northern and Western Suburbs of Melbourne. The essence of the role is servicing the current client portfolio.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Customer Service Consultant

A Global Company with a national presence and a stronghold in the market place for Hygiene and related products and services is in the process of recruiting a Customer Care Executive.  The role comprises of three main components.

1)      Complaints Resolution
2)      Administration / account management
3)      Acquisition / lead generation
You will be expected to take “ownership” of your portfolio", making it your own business.  Your portfolio size can range from 1000 – 1700 clients.  What do those three components entail? Complaints Resolution is all about putting out fires by investigating the issues and resolving them, Administration is about completing the paper work that is related to new sales and account management, finally it’s about ‘Lead Generation’ this involves up selling and making a few sales calls per day.

You will be working with a reputable brand that is highly recognizable, a company that embraces environmentally friendly products and is investing in its people.  This branch is a national leader that rewards and recognizes success. The office is open plan; a friendly and engaging environment with a demanding workload; the customer care team consists of 6 people.

$40,000 - $45,000k pa

Warehouse - Customer Service Supervisor

My client is a family owned business that specializes in wholesale cleaning items. Their business is currently going through an expansion stage and to continue to deliver the quality service they pride themselves on they are looking for another team member, A Customer Service Supervisor in their Warehouse to oversee the day to day operations.

The type of person they are looking for is someone who has the maturity to be left on their own and the confidence that the job will get done and the commitment to stay for the long term. The owners and team members are an easy bunch of guys to get along with and have all been with the company for a number of years.
You will be responsible for:
o   Client Account Management
o   Answering Phones and taking customers orders
o   Meet and Greet Customers in the warehouse
o   Draw up accurate invoices
o   Ensure orders are picked correctly
  o   Detailed Delivery manifest is accurate
o   Cash, cheque and credit card handling
o   Open and Close of Warehouse
o   General day to day operations and problem solving
This role is an integral part of the successful running of the business; it requires someone that is level headed, has experience in a warehouse environment, has some computer skills and is able to build a rapport with account holders.

Administrator / Office Support
