I have a very exciting opportunity for the right person to join a “family run” company that is operated by a true “entrepreneur” an “ambassador” for renewable energies.
The company is fairly young but very secure and ethical; it is dynamic, going through expansion and change at an exciting pace.The vision for the company is to be number one at what they do and it is critical that the successful applicant wants to be a part of the vision and will actively contribute towards achieving it.
With change requires fluidity, an ability to adjust, adapt and move forward, this will be a key element to the role as change happens often and quickly. Due to the nature of the family style business and small number of office based staff you will be required to “pitch in” and assist when there is a lot of work on. The work is very process driven and requires someone to be accurate and have attention to detail.
Previous experience and skills in the following areas is essential;
· Diary Management
· Website content management
· Organizational / File Management / Incident Report / Risk Management
· Microsoft office suite, power point, excel, word, outlook,
· MYOB – basic data entry
· Clear and concise phone manner
· Professional written correspondence
· Daily Reporting
You will be entrusted with opening and closing of the business and will be considered a “part of the family”.

· Respect for senior staff
· Polite and respectful – not brash
· Harding working and willingness to roll their sleeves up
