Have you experienced the human touch when dealing with a recruiter?
What do I mean by this?
In today’s world of social media most recruiters will have an individual profile with bios and personal attributes, they may be listed on a professional’s network such as “LinkedIn”, many companies and individuals have a facebook account and plenty embrace the instant message service that twitter offers. This means that your recruiter now has a face; and you may have a better idea of who they really are and what they can do for you.
With the ease to communicate smart companies like us at “CaSPersonnel” are no longer faceless recruiters hidden behind the brand / company but the recruiter that is present and accountable. The larger companies that are KPI-centric (key performance indicator) seeking only the rewards of a short term gain are not embracing the change that people appear to be wanting, embracing the thought that today’s candidate may very well be tomorrow’s client.
Do you have examples of companies giving a human touch to their recruitment process?
